Spa Service Sacramento Policy: If you are requesting warranty service, Spa Service Sacramento covers all warranty work on spas. Your warranty covers time spent on site. Spa Service Sacramento charges a travel fee of $299 for all warranty calls. If you are within 90 days of your spa delivery date, travel fee will be waived. There is an additional charge of $3 per mile for travel over 30 miles from purchase location. If you have requested warranty service, and there is no issue with the spa (IE, improper electrical hookup), you will be charged $199 per hour minimum while on site in addition to a $299 travel fee. For out of warranty service the charges are the same. You may pay with check, cash or credit/debit card at time of billing.
